Way7Designs welcomes digital artwork enquiries from the USA, UK, Australia, China, Russia, Canada and other regions. Tell us how the design will be produced and where the receiving team is based. Each project’s availability, cost and delivery are confirmed individually.

Preparing a digitizing request

Provide the garment, final size and machine output. Mark any 3D puff regions and supply the material information from your decorator. Use a sew-out to review the stitch file on the actual setup.

Defining the artwork handover

For vector or redraw work, explain the reference quality and editing requirements. Print artwork should include the receiving printer’s specification. We prepare digital files; physical garments and printing are arranged separately.

Working clearly by email

Include your country, time zone, requested date and quote reference in the correspondence. Agree the scope, payment currency and outputs before approval, rather than assuming a local service package.
