How your project information is used.
When you send a brief, the studio needs enough information to review the work and respond. The following explains the website’s direct email workflow.
Enquiries and correspondence
The contact details, instructions and original attachments you submit are emailed to the configured Way7Designs studio address. They are used to assess your request and communicate about quotes, approvals and project delivery.
Uploads and retained email
Files received by PHP are temporary inputs to the current email submission and are removed afterward. The website does not create customer accounts, project history or a customer artwork vault. Copies received in the studio mailbox remain subject to its mailbox retention practices. Public portfolio files and their optimized image copies are separate website assets.
Temporary website information
Form-security cookies last up to two hours. Signed PayPal checkout context lasts up to three hours and does not contain artwork or card details. Payment information is handled by PayPal. Hosting systems may keep access or error logs for operational purposes.
Privacy enquiries
Contact sales@way7designs.com about information you have supplied, identifying the relevant project or correspondence. Avoid sending payment-card information or unrelated sensitive information through the artwork form.
