Ask for the files your next workflow needs.
Specify the receiving machine or software as well as the format name. Editable source, output versions and previews are part of the project scope—not assumptions based on a filename.
Embroidery machine and source files
Discuss EMB, PXF, DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, XXX, CND, POF or another requested output. Support and suitability are confirmed from the production requirements. An editable source request should be identified separately from the machine delivery.
Artwork documents and exports
AI, EPS, SVG and suitable PDF documents can contain vector paths. CDR compatibility, PSD editing files, and PNG or JPG previews are agreed according to your request. Raster images remain raster even when placed in a vector-capable document.
Sending the original artwork
Use the project form to attach up to 25 MB combined original files. Choose the required outputs and explain any unusual format. Files are emailed as attachments in the uploaded format and filename.
Production specifications
Ask your printer or decorator for its file requirements and include them in the brief. Font handling, layer structure, colour settings and software versions can affect whether a file is suitable for that application.
